Gender affirming hormone therapy can be provided to adult TGDNB people through the informed consent model of care. This will take 2-4 sessions to initiate, as we must obtain a thorough history, complete baseline investigations, discuss fertility preservation, and consider the hormonal and non-hormonal options.
