How to make appointments

You can make appointments with me at Mountain Gate Medical Centre. 

You can either book online via HotDoc (link), or call reception on (03) 9753 5677. 

To ensure my patients can see me in a timely manner, I have currently closed my books. Also, I have reserved appointment times for patients that I need to see for results or reviews, thus if you cannot see anything available on HotDoc, please call my reception staff. 

Do I need a single or double appointment?

A single appointment is appropriate for one straight-forward issue. 

A double appointment is recommended for:

• Complex issues

• Multiple issues

• Mental health concerns

• Weight management - for initial 1st and 2nd appointments 

• Pregnancy - for initial appointment 

• Post-partum checks

• Baby checks

• Gender affirming hormone treatment - for initial 1st and 2nd appointments

Types of appointments

You can make telephone, video, or face-to-face consults. 

For telephone consults, you will receive a call on your designated number. 

For video consults:

• If booked via HotDoc, you will receive a link from them
